01

About RaidComps

RaidComps Ltd ("Clutch", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our competitions are operated as prize draws with a free entry route, in compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. We do not hold a gambling licence because our competitions are structured to fall outside the definition of a lottery under that Act.

All competitions are subject to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and all other applicable UK legislation.

02

Eligibility

To enter any Clutch competition you must:

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements. Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is released.

By entering, you confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion request submitted to RaidComps Ltd.

03

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter any Clutch competition:

Maximum tickets per person per competition: 500 tickets, unless otherwise stated on the competition page.

Entries are only valid once payment has been confirmed or a valid free entry has been received and processed. Entries cannot be transferred to another person or competition.

04

Free Entry Route

No purchase is necessary to enter any Clutch competition. A free postal entry route is available for every competition we run, as required by the Gambling Act 2005.

To enter for free, send a postcard or letter (first or second class post) to:

RaidComps Free Entry
[Registered Address]
[Town, Postcode]

Your free entry must include: your full name, postal address, email address, date of birth, and the name of the specific competition you wish to enter. One entry per envelope. Multiple envelopes are permitted up to the maximum ticket limit.

Free postal entries are processed on the same timeline as paid entries and carry an equal chance of winning. The free entry route is not less convenient than the paid route. We do not distinguish between free and paid entrants when selecting winners.

Free entries must be received no later than 48 hours before the draw date to be included in that draw.

05

Ticket Purchases & Payments

Ticket prices are stated clearly on each competition page. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. In line with the Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, credit card payments are capped at £250 per customer per month.

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and confirmed, it cannot be refunded except in the circumstances described in Section 9 (Cancellation & Refunds).

We are not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by your bank or payment provider. If a payment fails, your entry will not be included in the draw.

06

The Draw

Each competition has a stated end date and time, displayed on the competition page as a countdown timer. The draw will take place once all tickets have been sold or the countdown timer reaches zero, whichever occurs first.

Winners are selected using a verified random number generator (RNG). All draws are recorded and the results are published on our website and social media channels within 24 hours of the draw taking place.

Where possible, draws are conducted live on our social media channels to ensure full transparency. We may appoint an independent third party to verify draw results.

We reserve the right to extend a competition if insufficient tickets have been sold. If a competition is extended, all existing ticket holders will be notified by email. We will never close a competition early to the disadvantage of ticket holders.

07

Prizes

All prizes are as described on the competition page at the time of purchase. Prize values stated are the current UK RRP at the time the competition is launched.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where Clutch elects to offer a cash alternative at its sole discretion, or where required to do so under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, if a prize becomes unavailable).

In the event a specific prize becomes unavailable, Clutch reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be notified of any substitution prior to delivery.

Prizes do not include any costs associated with the prize not expressly stated on the competition page, including but not limited to: insurance, ongoing subscriptions, accessories, taxes or travel costs.

08

Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry. We will attempt to contact the winner via email and telephone. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to re-draw and select an alternative winner.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age before a prize is released.

Prizes will be despatched within 14 working days of the winner being confirmed and verified. Physical prizes are delivered via tracked courier to UK addresses only. We do not deliver prizes outside the United Kingdom.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (such as being named on our website or social channels). Participation in publicity is at the winner's discretion and has no bearing on prize delivery.

09

Cancellation & Refunds

Clutch reserves the right to cancel any competition in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: technical failure, fraud, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or where the integrity of the competition has been compromised.

In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Refunds will not be issued if a draw has already taken place. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, please contact us. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

10

Responsible Play

Clutch is committed to responsible competition practices. We encourage all participants to set personal spending limits and to take breaks.

If you are concerned about your spending, please visit BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7).
